Please note that in order to return a product you must send it to us in its original condition and with its original packaging, including all contents. For clothing items, please return with original tags and bag. For all returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs and must send them properly packaged and with your order reference number visible, to the following address:

Remember! It is very important that your Hawkers reference number (Eg: HWEU1234567) and name or email address used to make your purchase are visible on the parcel. If we do not have these details, we will be unable to find your order and, as a result, will be unable to issue a refund. You should also write HAWKERS RETURNS on the parcel.
As soon as we receive your parcel and verify the contents, we will proceed to issue you a refund straight away. This will include the shipping costs if it is a full return (however, the costs of returning the product to us are at your own expense).
Please note, if the order included a 2x1 or 3x1 promotion, you must return all products received as part of the promotion, for example, with a 2 for 1 promotion, return both the model paid for and the free model. The price paid for each model can be found in the confirmation email or you can also write to us for further details.

To return a product, due to the type of personalised product in question, you must submit your request using this form. Once submitted, an email will be sent to the user as soon as possible confirming that the request has been received and informing you if you can return the product. If the request is accepted, PLAY HAWKERS will include details of how the product should be collected or returned to its offices/warehouses.
